The PS2 Network Adapter offers broadband connectivity to play PS2 games online. To use the network adapter, you need an 8 MB memory card with at least 137 KB of space (to save your network configuration), and a broadband Internet connection of at least 512Kbps. Please check with your broadband service provider to ensure that your connection is compatible.
The Network Adapter connects to the expansion bay on the back on the console. It can be connected directly, via a router, or via an internet sharing connection. The PS2 network’s servers are optimised for gaming and therefore standard Internet browsing is not supported. Some titles and services may require a subscription for use.
